5 potatoes-sliced
1 onion-sliced
1 stalk celery-diced
1 clove garlic-minced
6 pork chops-trimmed of fat
1 can cream of mushroom soup-MYO or commercial
1/2 soup can water
s and p-to taste

1. Place veggies in bottom of a prepared baking dish.
2. Season with s and p or other desired seasonings.

3. Place pork chops on top and pour soup and water over dish.

4. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour and 20 minutes until meat is done and tender.
