      You can try setting out cups of water in warm areas. I tried last year
      with not much success, though. I also put damp wash clothes over half
      of the air vents for heat, to try and put water in the air that way,
      again, with no luck.

      We have hermit crabs which require moist air. To acheive that, we use
      heat and water. The water is spritzed into the air, and the tank is
      kept warm.

      When it looks too dry, we spritz it again. We even have a
      humidity gauge in there, as they require 80-90% humidity. Anyway, my
      point being…

      get a spray bottle at the dollar store, fill it with
      water, and spray it in the air from time to time. It might help, I’m
      not sure.
