Re: Clone for ‘Fudrucker’s’ Brownies
Hi all,
I used a conversion chart to change this recipe to 2 pans so I cut it
one fourth. I wouldn’t try to cut it anymore but you can if you want.
I will warn you that when you cut a big recipe even correctly, it may
never turn out. Why do I say this?Because I have a recipe from a
culinary institute in New York in my cookbook and the author says
“Don’t even try to cut this down.” He tried many times and it was a
complete disaster. Note: to measure eggs, break into liquid
measuring cup until you have the amount you need.fuddrucker’s nut brownie
3 1/4 cups egg
1.5 pounds butter
3 pounds sugar
3 tablespoons vanilla
1.25 pounds flour
1 1/2 cups cocoa
1 3/4 teaspoons baking soda
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
0.5 pound marshmallowsThe conversion calculator is here:

I hope it works for you.
