      1 teaspoon ground turmeric
      1 tablespoon ground coriander
      0.5 teaspoon black pepper
      1 tablespoon ground kus-kus
      1 tablespoon ground almonds
      1 cup sour curds
      salt

      Blend and seal in an airtight container
