Grilled Turkey Breast with Basil Mayonnaise ~ Curried Turkey

Grilled Turkey Breast with Basil Mayonnaise
(cube 3 cups turkey breast for use later in the week)
Mix 1 cup each mayonnaise and chopped basil and 2 tsp each minced garlic and fresh lime juice. Use as a dipping sauce for turkey when served — like ketchup or steak sauce with beef.

Curried Turkey & Fruit Salad on Lettuce
Mix turkey (from earlier in the week) with 3 cups cubed cantaloupe, 1 cup each seedless grapes and chopped celery, 1/4 cup each chopped red onion and mayonnaise, and 2 tsp curry powder. Serve over a bed of lettuce.
