Black Bean Chili

1 can black beans, rinsed and drained

1 can rotel

1 can of Mexican corn (or regular corn)



Don?t drain the rotel or the corn. Heat and serve as is or over cornbread or biscuits. Can top with black olives, sour cream, cheese, etc.


Or you can drain all the liquid off and serve like salsa. Very yummy!
