Almond Chocolate bark Microwave

1 cup toasted almonds
1 pound semisweet, milk or white chocolate pieces

Line a cookie sheet with wax paper. Sprinkle the nuts evenly over the wax
paper. Place the chocolate pieces in a 1 quart casserole. Cook on medium for
2 minutes. Stir and cook on medium for 1 to 2 minutes more or until the
chocolate is melted; stirring every 30 seconds. Pour chocolate over the

nuts. Spread in too a thin layer making a bark like design. Chill for 1 hour
to harden or freeze 30 minutes. Break in to pieces.

Makes about 1 1/4 pounds
