This recipe is very versatile in the fact that you can use whatever essential oil suits your purpose. For a relaxing bath, use Lavender EO, for a Decongesting bath use Eucalyptus Essential oil, for a refreshing bath use peppermint essential oil, etc.

You’ll Need:
1/4 cup of baking soda
2 Tbs. cornstarch or corn flour
1 1/2 Tbs. of almond or apricot kernel oil
2 Tbs. Citric acid
1/4 cup of Old Fashioned Oatmeal (powdered by blender) Not Quick Oats
10 drops essential oil, any fragrance
5 Drops food coloring, OPTIONAL.

Blend dry ingredients together. In separate bowl blend food coloring with oils and slowly pour into the dry mix, (adding more oil if necessary).

You can shape the balls with your hands or use candy or soap molds (sprayed lightly with Pam (non-stick spray) allow to dry 24 -48 hours. Wrap in cellophane and store in very dry place.

Use 1 or 2 per bath, as desired, simply drop one into a full tub of (your preferred temperature) water, climb in and enjoy.
