    Default Crockpot: BBQ Porkchops

    Hi! Love this recipe...
You can also simply throw your chops into the pot with your favorite bottles sauce, and cook 8-9 hours on low as well.
I always toss the sauce a bit when I can to make sure it get "all over"

    BBQ Porkchops
4 Pork steaks or chops; lean
    1 ts Fat
    1 c Ketchup
    1 c Water
    1/2 c Vinegar
    1/2 c Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 ts Salt
    1 ts Chili powder
    1 1/2 ts Paprika
    1/4 ts Pepper
    1/4 ts Accent
    2 lg Onions; sliced thin

    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Accent
1/2 ts PepperSeason chops with last 3 ingred. Melt fat in crockpot on high. Place meat in crockpot and coat with the melted fat. Slice onions very thin. Add all other ingredients. Cook on LOW for 8-9 hrs.
