1 Tbs oil
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups fresh broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/8 tsp curry powder
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup bread crumbs

1/2 cup grated Colby or Cheddar cheese
a few dabs of butter or butter spray

Heat the oil. Salt and pepper the chicken breasts and saute until done, turning in the pan to cook evenly. Cut each breast into half or thirds.
