Turkey Pie

5 cups turkey light meat, skinless, cooked and cubed
1 package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
2 cups chicken or turkey broth
1 can(10 3/4 ozs)cream of mushroom soup
2 cups baking mix(bisquick)
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup margarine, melted

Preheat the oven to 350. Prepare a 13 x 9" pan with cooking spray; set
In a mixing bowl, combine turkey, mixed vegetables, chicken broth,

and mushroom soup. Mix well.
Spoon mixture into prepared pan.
In another mixing bowl, combine baking mix, milk, and margarine.

Mix until smooth.

Pour evenly over top turkey mixture in pan.
Bake for one hour, or until topping is golden brown.
