The other night we splurged on 2 frozen Salisbury steak packs and there were 3 patties left over, plus all that gravy from both.

Tonight, I sauteed a few mushrooms, threw in a cut up scallion or two, mixed in a few tablespoons of sour cream with the gravy and heated it up on the stovetop while a batch of egg noodles cooked. Once the gravy mix was boiling, I stirred the patties in, put a lid on the pan and removed from heat. Topped the noodles with the mix and every bite was eaten.
