Easy Oven Lasagna

1/4 lb. ground chuck
1/4 lb. Italian sausage
1/2 cup water
2 (15 oz.) jars marinara sauce
1 (8 oz.) package lasagna noodles
1 cup ricotta or small curd cottage cheese
12 oz. mozzarella, shredded
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Brown the ground beef and sausage, breaking up with a wooden
spoon while cooking it. Drain well of grease and set aside. In a

bowl add the water and sauce together. In a 2 qt. baking dish
layer 1/2 the sauce, the ground beef, the uncooked lasagna, and
the two cheese. Repeat the layers, ending with sauce. Sprinkle the
parmesan over the top, and cover tightly with foil. Bake at 375 F.
degrees for one hour. Let stand for 10 minutes then cut into
squares. Makes 6 servings
