The purpose of this website is to inform qualified purchasers or recipients of iTunes gift cards of this class action settlement.
To qualify as a Class Member, you must have purchased in the United States an iTunes gift card and the card or packaging to which it was attached contained language that “songs are 99¢” or other language indicating that songs are priced at 99¢, and you used the card to purchase one or more $1.29 songs from the iTunes Store on or before May 10, 2010.
The settlement provides for an iTunes credit of $3.25 that can be used to purchase anything available on the iTunes Store. To be entitled to a payment under the settlement, you must file a completed Claim Form on or before September 24, 2012 on this website.
