4 baking potatoes, sliced thin
1 c mild cheddar cheese
1 sweet onion
1 c shredded carrots
salt and pepper

Layer ingredients equally on 6 greased (spray on vegetale oil) squares of aluminum foil. Fold foil in a butcher wrap to seal. Place on hot grill about 30 minutes or until potatoes are throughly cooked. (potatoes will be slightly burned on the bottom) Hence the name! Enjoy!
