INGREDIENTS:
4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cans reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
2 cans mushroom pieces and stems, drained
About 6 carrots, scraped and chopped (bite size)DIRECTIONS:
Put the carrots in the bottom of the crockpot, layer the chicken,
mushroom soup and carrots the rest of the way up. Add salt and pepper
sparingly on each layer. Put the lid on, turn the crockpot on low and
let it cook all day or all night, at least 8 to 10 hours. Serve over
either hot rice or your favorite pasta.Credit: https://www.lazygourmets.com/article.php?sid=247NOTES:
You may also try searching for crockpot recipes, dump recipes, or other
variations. I found one site that had an entire section dedicated to
crockpot recipes containing less than 6 items.https://southernfood.about.com/library/crock/bl6orless.htm
Have fun with your new crockpot. If you have any questions, ask and
we’ll help out..
