2 1/2 lbs sirloin tips
1 can campbell’s golden mushroom soup mix1 pkg Onion Soup Mix
small whole potatoes
In crook pot mix together 2 1/2 lbs. sirloin tips 1 can Campbell’s
golden mushroom soup mix 1 pkg. Onion Soup Mix Peel as many small
whole potatoes as you desire and place on top of meat mixture –
turning them once to cover with the soup mixture so they will brown
nicely.Serve with your favorite vegetable and crusty bread. This
makes a lot of gravy – believe it or not. I do not have the points
exchange yet.I just got this recipe today and have not had the time
to calculate it out.6 @ 9 pnts. I cut the recipe down to 2 lbs. instead of 2 1/2 and it
brought it down to a much more manageable 7 pnts.It also didn’t
specify how many potatoes. So I used 6 med. red
