Lemonade Syrup (Concentrate) 2 T. grated lemon rind 2 C. fresh lemon juice 2 C.
granulated sugar
1 1/2 C. water
Blend first 3 ingredients, Stirring until sugar is dissolved. Add the water, cover tightly and keep in the refrigerator.To serve, put 1/2 cup syrup in a large glass with ice, then fill with water.
