Terms and Conditions

Purchase two (2) bottles of specially marked participating Herbal Essence Shampoo and/or Conditioner product and receive one (1) free beauty treatment (manicure or pedicure only) from a participating beauty salon. To receive your Voucher, after qualifying purchases have been made, visit http://www.herbalessences.ca/manipedi and print your redemption form. Then mail your completed redemption form along with original receipts of the Herbal Essences participating qualifying products (no copies accepted) to Herbal Essences c/o TLC Canada Inc. 185 Bridgeland Ave. Suite 200 Toronto ON M6A 1Y7 in order to receive your voucher. The valid UPC code(s) from the participating items must be written on the submitted redemption form. Items must be postmarked by 10/31/08 and received no later than November 14, 2008. Once your information is received and verified by the redemption centre (please allow up to 1 week for verification) you should receive your beauty treatment voucher by mail within about 4 – 6 weeks. A list of participating locations will be provided on the Rewards Website which will be listed on your Reward Voucher. Offer valid while specially marked products last.
