Blue Cheese Dressing

8 oz blue cheese
1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup fat-free buttermilk
1 tbs apple-cider or wine vinegar
1/2 tsp pepper

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, optional

In a medium bowl, crumble the blue cheese and add yogurt, buttermilk, vinegar, and pepper.
Mix thoroughly and thin with water, if desired. Makes 16 servings
