You’ll Need:
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/2 cup dark brown sugar, packed
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 cup dried cranberries
2/3 cup white chocolate chips

- To do so, in a small bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, salt and cornstarch- mixing well, then layer the sugars and finally add the dried cranberries and white chocolate chips in small bags on top.

White Chocolate Craisin Cookies
You’ll Need:
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter, room temperature
1 large egg
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions to prepare cookies:
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Remove the baggies of chocolate & berries from the top, set aside until needed.
- In a large bowl or mixer, combine butter and mix, mixing for a minute. Beat in egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold white chocolate chips and dried cranberries into dough (it will be thick) and mix until incorporated.
- Scoop by teaspoons full onto a prepared cookie sheet and bake 8-10 minutes.
