This recipe really is all about convenience. The most time-consuming part is measuring out a couple of ingredients, but seriously, how long does it take to really measure a cup of something?
How to make 2-Minute Frosting, In any Flavor
Combine chocolate chips, evaporated milk, and butter in a microwave-safe bowl and heat it for 30 seconds.
Remove, stir, put it back into the microwave for 15-20 seconds, remove, stir.
If the chocolate still has un-melted chocolate chips, return to the microwave for another 15 seconds. Once the mixture is smooth, add the vanilla extract and powdered sugar, stirring well.
Frost the cake while the frosting is still warm.

2-Minute Chocolate Frosting
You’ll Need:
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (or bittersweet)
1/4 cup canned evaporated milk
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup powdered sugar
