Keto Chocolate Chips
If you use Nestle Tollhouse unsweetened cocoa and Bocha sweet as the recipe indicates, the chocolate chips will taste identical to Nestle tollhouse chocolate chips!
You’ll Need:
3 oz cocoa butter
2 oz unsweetened chocolate chopped
1/2 cup Bocha Sweet
2/3 cup Nestle Tollhouse cocoa powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt cocoa butter and chocolate together until smooth.
Stir in the Bocha Sweet (or powdered Swerve), then stir in cocoa powder, until smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Spread the mixture into the back of a raised cone baking mat, or pour into chocolate chip molds or spread in an 8×8 pan lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate until set, then chop into small chunks.
