If you enjoy the flavor of Nutella, you’ll adore the dreamy taste of these simple no-bake cookies. I was in the middle of making a batch of our family’s favorite no-bake cookies for a little evening munchie when I discovered the kids had eaten all the peanut butter and neglected to say anything. So I grabbed a jar of Nutella and these no-bake Nutella cookies were a massive hit!
How to Make No-Bake Cookies
Regardless of whether you’re choosing to make chocolate no-bake cookies or Nutella no-bake cookies, the method is the same. Measure the oats and set them aside until needed.
In a heavy saucepan combine sugar, milk, salt, cocoa powder, and butter. While stirring gently, bring the mixture to a rolling boil over medium heat. Immediately remove from the heat, then add the oats, Nutella or peanut butter, and vanilla extract. Add the ingredients in the order provided!
Stir well to thoroughly combine and then immediately drop the cookies onto a prepared cookie sheet. Let them rest fifteen minutes to set.
