4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 c. Sugar

Combine dry ingredients, blend well. Store in Vacuum Seal or Zip lock bags until ready.

Add:
1 1/2 cups milk or buttermilk
1 egg
1 Tbsp melted butter or oil
