Gluten Free Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix

Gluten Free Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix is a wonderful make-ahead gluten-free cookie mix that can be stored in the pantry until you’re ready for a quick batch of cookies!
You’ll Need:
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3 cups gluten-free flour mixture (any brand)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon gluten-free baking powder
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1/4 teaspoon salt

Mix in a Separate bag and attach
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon

To Use:
Whip 1 cup of softened, (but not melted) butter, add 2 eggs, beat well until smooth then add mix until fully incorporated into a dough.

Shape dough into 1-inch balls and drop into cinnamon-sugar baggie, shake to coat.

Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees F for 8 minutes or until bottoms are lightly browned.

Yield: 6 dozen cookies.
