Sizzlers Cheese Toast

1 Lb. Butter (slightly softened)
8 Oz. Grated Parmesan Cheese
Sliced Italian Bread

In a mixer, cream together the butter and cheese. 1. Preheat a griddle or
large frying pan on medium-high. 2. Spread cheese mixture on bread about
1/4″ thick. 3. Place bread cheese side down on griddle. Cook until cheese
has browned.

  1. i make this bread often and love it! this biggest tip for this recipe to turn out, is to have a very good non stick pan. i have even made it with croissants!

    now that is a rich tasting bread!

  2. When I worked there we would make the toast with Blue Bonnet margarine. I know – I use butter for everything, no hold barred. But if you want to know what they really used, that was the ticket.
