Cheez Whiz
1 lb. processed cheese, cut into small pieces
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
4 T. margarine
1 tsp. salt
Dash of Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
Melt all ingredients in heavy saucepan or double boiler over medium heat. Pour into containers; let cool. Use on crackers or in recipes calling for Cheez Whiz.
As kids we always had cheese whiz on celery for the holidays only, hopefully this will make it more than just a treat.
