Banana French Toast

You’ll Need:
3 eggs
1/4 c. milk
2 ripe bananas
2 tsp. maple syrup
1/2 tsp Rum Extract
Dash of salt
1/4 c. sugar

Mix above ingredients in a blender until smooth. Soak 5 thick (about 3/4-inch) slices of white bread in the mixture overnight.

Fry slices in 1-2 Tbsp butter until golden brown, turning once.

Dust with powdered sugar and/or sprinkle with chopped pecans.
Serve with additional maple syrup.

Makes 4-5 servings.
