1 T sugar
1 T dried garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
6 T. grated parmesan cheese
1 ½ tps black pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp dry mustard
Measure all ingredients into a Ziploc Bag. Shake well, transfer to vacuum seal bag, seal and store up to a year.
To Use:
Measure into a blender and whip for 40 seconds, or until well blended. Chill prior to serving.
1/4 c. Caesar mix
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. anchovy paste, if desired
