I’ve often wondered is it cheaper to make your own condiments, and I’ve come to the conclusion that it definitely is. If you happen to forget to add something to the grocery list and you need it in a pinch, it is cheaper and more time efficient to quickly whip up a batch than it is to get in the car, drive to the store, look for the item, pay for it, drive home, etc. Between the waste of gas and the likelyhood of spending money on other items you didn’t need, it’s much less wasteful to make them at home.
