In this recipe, you’ll notice we refer to “parts” rather than ounces. This is so you can make as little a single glass or as much as a pitcher to suit the needs of your celebration.

Cranberry Champagne Cosmo

We generally serve this beverage in a champagne flute, which holds 6 ounces, or a cocktail glass, which holds about 5 ounces (on average). However, with that said, it’s wonderful served in a highball glass during Thanksgiving gatherings with the entire family.

You’ll Need:
1 part Vodka
2 parts Cranberry Juice
1/2 part Triple Sec
Splash Lime Juice
2 Parts Champagne

Combine the vodka, cranberry juice, triple sec, and a splash of lime juice in a shaker over ice, shake gently to combine, then pour into a glass, top with champagne.

Garnish with a mint sprig or twist of lime.

Non-Alcoholic Version

If you’d prefer an Alcohol-Free “Virgin” Version you can use the following:
2 parts Cranberry Juice
1/2 part Maraschino Cherry Juice or a drop of orange extract Or a drop of Orange oil
splash of lime juice
3 parts Gingerale or Soda Water

Combine the cranberry juice, maraschino cherry juice, lime juice and pour over ice, top with ginger ale or soda water.
