In this recipe, you’ll notice we refer to “parts” rather than ounces. This is so you can make as little a single glass or as much as a pitcher to suit the needs of your celebration. So if you’re using ounces, one part would be one ounce, 2 parts would be two ounces. If using a pitcher, one part would be one cup, two parts would be two cups, and so on.

If you have a tendency to sip cocktails, rather than drink them right away, you can freeze whole cranberries until they’re solid. Add a few to the cocktail to help keep it cold a bit longer while you enjoy the evening.

If you’d like, prepare a pitcher of the cocktail mixture, omitting the champagne. Once you’re ready to serve, top with champagne in each glass. This helps keep the bubbles fresh!

Cranberry Champagne Cosmo

We generally serve this beverage in a champagne flute, which holds 6 ounces, or a cocktail glass, which holds about 5 ounces (on average). However, with that said, it’s wonderful served in a highball glass during Thanksgiving gatherings with the entire family.
You’ll Need:
1 part Vodka
2 parts Cranberry Juice
1/2 part Triple Sec or fresh squeezed orange juice
Splash Lime Juice
2 Parts Champagne

Combine the vodka, cranberry juice, triple sec, and a splash of lime juice in a shaker over ice, shake gently to combine, then pour into a glass, top with champagne. Garnish with a mint sprig or twist of lime.

3 parts Gingerale or Soda Water

Combine the cranberry juice, maraschino cherry juice, lime juice and pour over ice, top with ginger ale or soda water.

Can this recipe be made in a large batch ahead of time for a party, or is it better to mix each drink individually to keep it fresh? 🍾🎉

Made this for New Year’s and let’s just say… the ball wasn’t the only thing dropping that night. 🍾😉 Light, fizzy, and just enough tart to cut the sweet. Will be making these for brunch too!
