Chocolate Mint Coffee Mix is an aromatic mix of coffee, chocolate and peppermint, creating a lovely simple mix needing only the addition of hot water.
3/4 cup powdered coffee creamer
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup instant coffee powder
1/4 cup cocoa powder
6 peppermint candies — crushed
Place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor, and process
until the candies are powdered. Use 2-3 T per mug.
Garnish with whipped cream, and stir with a candy cane.
