Spatini is a dry seasoning mix that was frequently sold in bulk to restaurants, but often difficult to find for the average consumer.
The flavor was unparalleled, but unfortunately, it’s also no longer in production. Here’s how to recreate the flavor of the Spatini spaghetti sauce mix easily in a few minutes time with a few simple ingredients that you probably already have on hand.
We generally mix up several of these mixes and have them on hand to throw together a batch of spaghetti sauce on a moment’s notice. The seasoning mix fits perfectly in these tiny 1″ baggies.
To make a meat sauce quickly and with minimal effort, we use this all-purpose ground beef mix recipe.
