Create your own delicious Night Cap Coffee Mix to have on hand for a lightly spiced aromatic evening coffee drink.
You’ll Need:
2/3 cup nondairy powdered coffee creamer
1/3 cup instant coffee, any brand you like
1/3 cup sugar
1/1 to 1 tsp ground cardamom (I tend to use a bit less)
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Combine all of the ingredients into a jar, baggie or other decorative container.
To make a mug of coffee, Use one heaping tablespoon in a coffee mug, fill with hot water, Stir and enjoy.
