You’ve had bacon, you’ve had chocolate, you’ve had shots.. but have you ever had a shot in a chocolate lined bacon shot glass?? No? Well, my friend, you are in for a fantastic treat!

There are a couple of ways to recreate this deliciousness. You can make foil shot glass molds to form the bacon around and bake it, or you can use a regular shot glass and cook the bacon in the microwave.

Foil Directions

If you want to make more than 4 shot glasses, we recommend that you create molds. The easiest way to do this is to use the center cardboard piece of a roll of paper towels. Cut the roll into 3″ pieces and wrap it completely with foil.

Next, wrap the bacon around the foil, secure with toothpicks. Bake at 400F for 16-20 minutes, until the bacon is crispy. You want it crispy, but not crunchy aka overcooked. It if overcooks, it will be brittle and will break before you have a chance to do a shot!

Let them cool about 10 minutes and then carefully tug the foil mold out of the bacon cup. This might take a little practice, but the fun part is eating the mistakes.

Now, melt some chocolate and “paint” the inside of the bacon cup with melted chocolate, sealing any holes. Fill with your favorite liquor, such as whiskey, Baileys, Kahlua, jelloshot, or hell, even wine!
