Shrimp are delicious on their own but add this rich herb butter drizzle and they become mouthwatering morsels that you’ll crave again and again! Roasted lemon herb shrimp are delicious as an appetizer or tossed onto a salad as the main dish.
This is one of our favorites to throw together for various events, potluck, tailgating, etc. We don’t worry about trying to keep the shrimp warm or spoilage because they’re the first to be gobbled down!

If you altered the ingedients above by doubling or tripling the recipe, you may also need to change the pan/dish size and adjust the cooking/baking time.
Wonderful flavor, couldn’t be easier. I may never pan fry or boil shrimp again.
This recipe is so simple and delicious, I will be using it again and again. I wonder if I can bake scallops this way?
