I’ve been told that Coca Cola was originally created by a pharmacist to cure depression. While I can’t say for sure whether that rumor is true, I can attest to the fact that this Coca Cola Cake Mix will surely help remove any blues in your own home. This chocolaty recipe is a crowd pleaser!
Coca Cola Cake Mix
You’ll Need:
1 1/2 cups Flour
1 1/2 cups Sugar
2 1/4 tablespoons Cocoa Powder
3/4 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 1/8 cups Miniature Marshmallows
Layer all ingredients in large canning jar or vacuum seal bag (marshmallows will Shrink if vacuum sealed!)
Attach a card:
3/4 cup Butter or Margarine
3/4 cup Cola
1/4 + 1/8 cup Milk
2 small Eggs — beaten
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Cola-Cola Chocolate Cake
Dump mix into lg bowl, set aside.
Combine Margarine & cola in a medium saucepan over med heat. Bring to a boil. Pour cola mix over cake mix, blending well, add remaining ingredients. Pour into prepared 9×9 pan & bake for 30 minutes at 350 F
