Slow-Cooker Method:

Place the chicken in the bottom of a slow-cooker and cook, covered, on high for 3 hours. Drain the juice/liquid from the slow cooker, then combine the sauce orange marmalade, bbq sauce, and soy sauce and pour over the top of the hot, cooked chicken, and allow to simmer in the crockpot while you prepare your side dishes.

Pressure Cooker Method:

Place the chicken in a pressure cooker.
Combine the marmalade, bbq sauce, and soy sauce. Pour all but 1/3rd of it over the chicken. (Set the reserved sauce aside.
Set the pressure cooker for 20 minutes (We use a Maximatic Digital Pressure Cooker)

Release the pressure manually as soon as it’s done, place the chicken on a baking pan, baste with remaining reserved sauce and broil for 5 minutes to caramelize the orange sauce to the chicken.
