Minions are adorable… but minion Bites are absolutely delicious! A pudding shot that can sneak up on you quickly, these delectable morsels are reminiscent of the tastiest banana cream pie pudding that’s ever graced your lips!

Minion Bites – Banana Cream Pie Pudding Shots

You’ll Need:
1 (3 oz) Vanilla Pudding Mix
1 tsp Banana Extract
1 c. Baileys Irish Cream (or 3/4 c. Baileys & 1/4 c. Vodka)
1/2 cup Half & Half (or evaporated milk)
6 oz Cool Whip (about 2 cups)
Minion Honey Maid Grahams
1 Banana

Combine Baileys Irish Cream, banana extract and vanilla pudding mix in a bowl, mixing until smooth, add the Half & half (or evaporated milk, undiluted), mixing well until thickened, about 2 minutes. Fold in the Cool Whip.

Divide the pudding mixture evenly among shot glasses in 2- 4 oz size containers. Add a Minion graham cracker to the top. Cover and freeze or refrigerate at least 2 hours prior to serving. Add a Single slice of banana and a dab of whipped cream when serving.

This tastes amazingly like Banana Pudding, you’ll hardly realize there’s any liqueur in it at all… until you’ve had a few!

You could use banana pudding instead of the vanilla if you don’t have banana extract. Also, don’t add the slices of banana until you’re about to serve as they’ll turn brown and mushy.

Alternatively, you can place a layer of pudding, a slice or two of banana, and then another layer of pudding. This seals the banana and prevents it from browning prematurely.
