If you prefer a powdered creamer, that recipe is located here. A note about the sweetened condensed milk, we generally make our own, it’s about a third of the price of the store-bought counterpart and works fine for recipes like this.

You’ll Need:
14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 cups skim milk
2 Tbs Pureed Pumpkin
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
4Tbs Maple Syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender (or if you prefer- a mason jar bullet!) and blitz for a minute or so to ensure all the ingredients are well blended. This keeps fine for 7-10 days in the fridge.

Use as you would any liquid coffee creamer, this is also good in black tea as well.

👩‍🍳 About the Author

Melissa "Liss" Burnell started Budget101.com in 2001 because she needed it to exist — not because she saw a market opportunity. She was feeding a family of four on under $200 a month, and people kept asking how, so she started writing everything down.

That turned into 25 years of recipes, debt-busting strategies, and DIY content — including figuring out how to make 128 loads of laundry detergent for less than $2. Millions of families have quietly used this site to stretch a dollar without feeling like they're sacrificing anything. She's also the author of two bestselling budget cooking ebooks, available on Amazon.
