A simple ramen recipe with a little Asian flair, this noodle soup is quick, filling and cheap to boot.
1 Spring onion, chopped
1 pkg ramen, any flavor
1/2 c. bean sprouts
1/2 c. sliced very thin beef steak, chicken breast, fish or pork roast (optional), or a handful of shrimp
1/2 c chopped any cabbage, greens, spinach, bok choy
1 carrot (sliced, for color if desired)
2 TBSP. oil

Here’s the simple method for throwing this delicious dish together.
First, chop garlic finely, and heat oil; add garlic and fry till crisp; remove garlic, set aside.
Open ramen pack and set season pack aside cook noodles in boiling water till soft whichever you prefer and drain; pour into bowl.
In the meantime, boil a small pot of water, once boiling put veggies into mesh strainer and hold into water until soft of your preference; pour into bowl with noodles.
Do the same with meat until cooked to your preference.
Add garlic, Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce, very little first and more to your tasting) and season pack (half if watching salt content), mix; squeeze lime till of your tasting. if too sour add a little sugar.
Can eat soup with jasmine rice also, yummm.
