Butterscotch Cake in a Mug

Butterscotch Cake in a Mug

1 (18.25 ounce) box yellow cake mix
1 small box butterscotch instant pudding mix

Combine all, blending well. Measure 1/2 c. into 8 individual baggies.

Label as “Cake Mix.” (makes 8)

Glaze Mix (makes 1):

1/3 cup confectioners’ sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla powder

Combine in small baggie, Attach to the cake mix bag with a twist tie.

Attach the baking instructions on a gift tag:

Butterscotch Cake

Mist inside of coffee mug with cooking spray.

Empty cake mix into cup.
Add 1 egg white,
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon water.

Mix well. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes.

Empty Glaze Mix into a small bowl and add 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons water. Mix well. Pour glaze over baked cake.
