Sour Cream Chili Bake in a Mug

Sour Cream Chili Bake in a Mug

1/2 teaspoon dried onion flakes
1 teaspoon chili powder
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon parsley
1 tablespoon dried tomatoes
1/2 cup Fritos corn chips

In small bowl combine first five ingredients. Place in small zip-top bag and seal. Place bag in mug. In a separate zip-top bag, place corn chips and seal. Place bag in mug with other bag. Decorate and include the following directions:

Sour Cream Chili Bake:

1/2 cup ground beef
Sour Cream Chili Bake Mix
2 tablespoons water
1 1/2 tablespoons sour cream
1 1/2 tablespoons shredded Cheddar

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a small saucepan over medium heat, cook ground beef and drain off fat. Add contents of bag containing seasoning and water. Mix well and heat for 1 minute.

In a small bowl, combine meat mixture, corn chips from remaining bag, sour cream and shredded cheddar. Pour mixture into lightly greased mug. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
