1/3 cup powdered Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
3 Tbsp. instant minced onion
3 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
2 tsp. instant horseradish

- Measure the powdered Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, minced onion, parsley flakes, instant horseradish, dried green pepper flakes, thyme, salt, and white pepper into a zip-top bag or airtight jar.
- Seal and shake until evenly combined.
- Store the dry mix tightly sealed in a cool, dry place until needed.
- To make one batch of dressing, combine 1 1/2 tablespoons mix, 3/4 cup tomato juice, and 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice in a jar or dressing carafe.
- Shake well before serving.
