Italian Herb Salad Dressing

2 tsp. dried oregano
2 tsp. dried basil
2 T. powdered garlic
1 1/2 T. salt
2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. paprika
6 T. sugar
1 1/2 T. ground black pepper

Measure all ingredients into a Ziploc Bag. Shake well, transfer to vacuum seal bag, seal and store up to a year.

To Use:

Measure the following into a blender and whip for 40 seconds, or until well blended. Chill prior to serving.

3 T. Italian Herb Salad Dressing Mix
1½ c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. wine vinegar/white vinegar/balsamic vinegar/ or rice vinegar

  1. love this recipe. if i may make a suggestion to others who would like to try this, if your diet allow it i add 3 to 4 T of grated parmesan to the mix or you can add fresh when you make the dressing to taste. Use olive oil and I use red wine vinegar along with balsamic vinegar about 1.4 c each Taste like the bottle stuff that I paid big money for in the store.
