Extra Light Quick Mix
Makes 7 c. mix
4 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. nonfat dry milk powder
2-1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
1-1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
Blend well until mixture resembles corn meal. Store in fridge.
