Wheat Bisquick Mix

4 c. whole wheat flour
4 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. baking powder
4 tsp salt
1/2 c. sugar
2 c. shortening
1 1/4 cups powdered milk

Measure all ingredients into a bowl and blend very well. This mix lasts better if you vacuum seal it and freeze it to maintain the freshness of the wheat.
