Chunky, hearty with just the right amount of heat, your friends and family will beg you to make more Firehouse Guacamole!

3 ripe medium avocados, pitted, meat scooped out
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 ripe tomato, seeds removed, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons finely chopped green chili peppers (seeds removed)
salt

This is by far the easiest dip you can make, simply Mash the Avocado (lightly-leave chunks), then add all the remaining ingredients, sprinkle with a dash of salt and pepper to taste. It’s best if you chill for at least an hour prior to serving.

Serve with corn chips, tortilla chips, nachos or with a spoon, if you’re so inclined!
