This buttery toffee coffee mix imparts a delicious creamy caramel toffee flavor to your favorite brand of coffee.
It’s slightly thicker, the consistency is that of hot chocolate in texture, but the flavor just can’t be beat.
1/2 cup instant coffee
1 cup instant non-fat dry milk powder
1/2 cup powdered coffee creamer
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup store-bought butterscotch flavored instant pudding mix
1 teaspoon dry fat-free butter flakes, like Butter Buds (optional)
Pinch salt
Combine all of the ingredients together and blend well until. Generally when preparing this recipe we create a mason jar bullet.
However, you can opt to mix it using a fork, a regular blender (in short bursts or you might overheat it!), or a food processor, as desired.
Transfer into a jar or vacuum seal bag and attach a tag with the directions for use.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
To Prepare: Combine 3/4 cup of boiling water and 3 tablespoons of the dry mix in a coffee cup, stir and enjoy.

Can this be made without the instant coffee and just add it to a cup of coffee?
Yes, you could, but I’d try it with less, maybe 1 tablespoon at a time until you get the flavor consistency correct.
